Ingredients
- For the Bulgogi Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar, plus 2 tsp
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
- For the Ground Beef
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 small yellow onion, diced
- For Serving
- 1 tbsp scallion, diced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 4 large soft boiled eggs
- white rice, cooked

Instructions
- Make the Bulgogi Sauce
- In a medium bowl combine soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well to combine and set aside.
- Cook the Ground Beef
- In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. The meat will still be a little pink.
- Add the bulgogi sauce and mix well. Simmer for 6–10 more minutes, then remove from heat.
- Assemble and Serve
- Add cooked rice to four bowls.
- Evenly distribute the beef mixture between the bowls of rice. Top with scallion, sesame seeds, and a soft-boiled egg.
- Serve warm.
