Honey Glazed Carrots🥗 Side

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs carrots, peeled and sliced on the bias
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add carrots and water. Bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes until carrots are just tender.
- Uncover, add honey and thyme.
- Cook 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally, until glaze coats the carrots.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
