Ingredients
- 3 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss sliced cucumbers with 1 tsp salt in a colander. Let drain 15 minutes.
- Pat cucumbers dry with paper towels.
- Whisk together sour cream, vinegar, dill, and sugar.
- Combine cucumbers and onion in a bowl.
- Pour dressing over and toss gently.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Season with salt and pepper.
