Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 small head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small head red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 large carrots, grated

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, celery seed, and granulated sugar to combine; season with salt and pepper.
